Birthday surprise vibes!
Just stayed for a night and wow, what an awesome experience! The staff were super friendly, especially Paul, who made us laugh right away. They went all out with balloons and a sweet birthday message for my partner. Those views were breathtaking! Only bummer was the heating could’ve been better.

The Family Room with Double Bed and Twin Beds was super spacious, giving us plenty of room to move around. The kids loved it, and the beds were really comfy. The decor felt a bit dated, but it was all clean. Bathroom was functional but definitely in need of a refresh. it was a cozy place to come back to after a day of exploring.

I had a stay at the Best Western in Frodsham for a couple of nights. My room was clean and nicely set up, which created a comfy atmosphere for resting. Staff were friendly and quick to help with any requests, making me feel welcome. the bathrooms in the hotel felt quite dated. the peach-colored suite didn't match the otherwise modern decor. Breakfast had good options, but service was a bit slow. The gym area lacked proper support from the staff. they didn't provide towels, and it took a while to figure out the locker situation. There were noise issues from the corridors and adjoining rooms, causing some disturbances at night. decent but irritated by a few overlooked details.

Couple seeking a unique getaway
The staff was friendly and the view from our room was fantastic. We enjoyed some time in the pool and the jacuzzi, absolutely refreshing, but the steam room wasn’t operational.
It wasn’t cheap but acceptable for the overall experience.

The pool and spa facilities offer a decent escape for relaxation, although they could use some updating for a more luxurious experience. The views outside definitely catch your attention, especially for outdoor walks.
The hotel feels stuck in a time warp with some areas looking quite shabby, especially the dated entrance and breakfast room. I encountered a mechanical noise in my room that ruined a good night's sleep, much like being in a boiler room all night. Plus, the air conditioning emitted a rather fusty smell, which was a downer across the premises.
